A former gate town to Mount Celestia that slipped from outlands to Mount Celestia proper. Population approx 10 000, mostly human petitioners.
A pride of Lamassu keeps the peace in this idyllic town built on the base of Mount Celestia proper. The town lies just on the other side from the gate to Excelsior.
The town suffered major structural damage during the chaos tainted Modron March but a group of heroes managed to avert almost all casualties.
