Basics

• Character must be a citizen of the Federal Republic of Dalcour
  • The Republic of Cayerlon (also the Republic of Sacre Cote)
  • The Sultanate of PEnegyar
  • The Lattimer Collective

• Character must be 20-30 years of age
• Character must have passed the AFD MechWarrior training and has been assigned to one of the AFD 'Mech companies
