Amendment to Charter of Trade
By the Order of the Emperor of Mankind, in absentia, given by his Direct Representative and Agent of Throne,
Hereby the Imperial Charter of Trade to House and Family of Kholossa is permanently transferred to the posession of House and Company of Labyrinth, also known as the Triumvirate of Ariadne, as rightfull spoils of battle taken when acting in defence of Imperium and Emperor of Mankind.
Hereby all personnel and possession of the House and Family of Kholossa, whether sanctioned or not, are also transferred to the posession of House and Company of Labyrinth to be used as they wish, on behalf and in service of, Imperium and Emperor of Mankind.
Hereby all previous claims on the Imperial Charter of Trade to House and Family of Kholossa are declared null and void.
Hereby from this moment to the end of time the House and Company of Labyrinth is sworn, when called upon, to provide all assistance they are able to any and all Agents of Ordo Xenos of Inquisition.

On ja ei. Kyseessä on kaksi hiukan eri asiaa.
Charter of Trade tai Merchant Charter on se lupakirja, millä avaruusalusta hallinnoidaan ja kauppaa käydään Imperiumin alueella. Imperiumin laivaston näkökulmasta kaikki alukset, joilla ei ole charteria ovat vihollisia. Chartereita sitten on erilaisia erilaisin rajauksin. (Rogue Trader Core Rulebook p.315)
Warrant of Trade taas on se lupakirja, millä saa luvan poistua Imperiumin alueelta ja toimia siellä Senatorum Imperialiksen, eli High Lords of Terran, suoranaisena edustajana. Warrant of Trade ei kuitenkaan anna kantajalleen mitään oikeuksia Imperiumin sisällä. (Rogue Trader Core Rulebook p.322)
